Few projects are more intimate than hospitality design. After all, a Resort is a home away from home — a place to rest our weary bodies, and one that provides security when we are at our most vulnerable.

Spread across 30 acres of lush greenery the resort encompasses.

The concept of design has been made to intake the nature and it’s most sustainable materials, natural constructive techniques and natural lighting. The attraction that guests feel to vacation while promoting environmental responsibility.

A large artificial lake (water body) at the center of the site helps in passive cooling.
Cottages typically made from bamboos and traditional and sustainable materials.

There’s a provision of semi privacy for the guests, to interact with the viewing deck and covered
walkways.

Restaurant is provided with a separate entry so that it’s functioning doesn’t interfere with the Resort’s functioning. It has a café lounge too. A mix of warm and cool tones bring depth to the window while imitating daylight, while curved forms provide the illusion of depth, helping the eye relax. Low lighting creates an intimate, upscale atmosphere, especially in the restaurant’s bar and lounge areas, where patrons are more apt at to lean close together.

Gazebos are developed as a part of soft landscape with seating at small intervals.

Just as universal as this concept is color as a language. No matter what dialect you speak, color will stir emotions the same way it does in someone else from halfway around the world. Blues are some of the most universally liked colors: They are generally associated with calmness and serenity, and are therefore some of the best choices for bedrooms in this resort. A good use of a periwinkle palette is a sunny room with large windows, as it can cool the heat and diffuse brightness.
