The 2200sqft floor includes the master and the guest’s bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Lobby area, hall (living & dining) and a balcony. In the original structure the rooms looked very old, tiny, unused and full of dampness. So STUDIOSTYLEEZ decided to go with an open layout to help draw in light and ensure a connective smooth flow for each room.
The dining and drawing areas are separated by providing steel bars partition, which gives a feeling of connectivity as well. The new L shaped sofas have been arranged closer to the walls for a maximal look. The introduction of bright green color shades in the fabric lend a vibrant contrast.
The entire wall facing the balcony has been brought down and now the glass facade (ceiling to floor) i.e: 26 feet long and 13 feet high has taken its place. Light penetrating into the hall creates a pleasing illusion of space. These functional windows are a blessing.
