One of our major restoration projects has given life to an elegant and lively home for our client Prashant Gogia and his joint family.
The desire of the owners was clear: lots of space, lots of light, and all the comforts of a large house designed to accommodate a family made up of adults, children and teenagers.
The renovation project mainly concerned the development of the layout, I.e the study of spaces and functions. The challenge was to bring together in a single comfortable home the 3500 square feet originally divided between a former carpentry abandoned on the ground floor, and an apartment on the first floor.
The persistent architectural structures were very characteristic and the creative challenge was solved through the design of furniture elements in carpentry able to divide or expand the space. From here comes the enormous portals between the cross kitchen and TV room, and again the mirrored and JAAL wall that separates the living from the kitchen.
Concluded the architectural project we have developed an important interior design work that included every detail: the choice of colors, materials and finishes, the design of custom-made joinery, the selection of furnishings and fabrics, the lighting project, selection of accessories and accessories, up to consulting for the purchase of new works of art.
The result of the work is a sophisticated noble residence but with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere moved by natural light and the lively use of colors.
